Founded on the belief that player development should be purposeful, measured, and complete, Blast has grown into one of Minnesota's most successful competitive soccer clubs — not by being the biggest, but by being the best at what we do.
We are committed to playing a high-level, purposeful, possession style of soccer that requires every player to develop the technical tools of the game in order to involve all players on the field.

OUR MISSION
We train and execute a high-possession style of play with clear possession metrics and goals based on age levels. For younger ages, we set aside "score-based" mentalities to focus on development. We use tournaments to challenge — not validate — our progress. For older players, we provide clear pathways to develop the skills and awareness needed to contribute to a collegiate program.
As much a set of principles as a process, D.R.E.A.M. delivers intensified technical work and challenges players to develop greater tactical vision. Built on Discipline, Responsibility, Effort, Attitude, and a team-chosen Motivation, this philosophy shapes everything from how we train to how we compete.
Players with multiple interests are still expected to be 90% or better contributors to their team. This requires players to efficiently organize and effectively communicate. Our leadership knows from experience that high-level players can find life-skill success in actively managing multiple interests in their lives.
