John founded NOSC Blast in 2015 and has led the organization since its inception. His vision to build a club centered on purposeful player development has grown NOSC Blast into one of Minnesota's most respected competitive soccer programs.

Joshua played college soccer at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay where he was a 2006 NCAA Division I All-American and Horizon League Offensive Player of the Year. The fifth all-time leading scorer in school history, he went on to play professionally for Türkiyemspor Berlin in Germany. Joshua also earned the 2002 Minnesota Gatorade High School Player of the Year award.

A Minnesota native, Giovanny was coached and mentored by Joshua Okoampa during his playing days. After transitioning into coaching, he joined the NOSC Blast staff and steadily worked his way up through the ranks to become a director. Widely regarded as one of the top visionary coaches in the state, Gio brings a deep understanding of player development and a passion for helping young athletes reach their full potential.

Coach Mo is a passionate and energetic youth soccer coach with deep roots in Minnesota's soccer community. Known for his technical expertise, infectious energy on the training field, and genuine commitment to every player's growth, Coach Mo has built a reputation as one of the most dedicated youth coaches in the region. His philosophy centers on building confident, creative players who love the game — aligning perfectly with Blast's D.R.E.A.M. principles.
