It's All About the Touches

Most programs start sessions with less than ten minutes of individual ball work, then quickly move to scrimmages where one ball is shared among seven players. The players who need touches most get them least.

At Blast, we flipped the model. Our sessions build from one and two players per ball up to small groups, maximizing every player's technical development. Very few sessions end in a scrimmage—because scrimmages don't build the skills needed to compete at higher levels.

The result? Players who are technically superior, tactically aware, and confident with the ball at their feet.
